Orange Vanilla Bundt Cake
When I was younger, my mom made this downright delicious cake based on the Harvey Wallbanger cocktail, popular in the 1970’s. Soft texture and tangy flavor were created from a combination of boxed cake mix, pudding mix, orange juice, and the actual liquor used in the cocktail. I have reimagined a homemade, non-alcoholic version of this flavorful orange vanilla bundt… and yes, the shape does matter. The cake wouldn’t taste quite as good in anything but a bundt.
