Our story

Baking has forever been a hobby and a joy in my life. I always hoped my future would hold a space to be able to offer baked goods in a professional capacity. Finally, that dream has become a reality!

I have a PhD in mathematics and have previously held faculty positions at two local small liberal arts colleges where I loved to bring treats to any department or college event. Pamela’s Creative Kitchen provides an opportunity for me to apply my analytical and creative mind at a whole new level!

My husband and I moved from New York and grew our family here in Ohio. We have three amazing children; our oldest enjoys baking and taste testing. Our twins are not quite there yet! I am excited to bring treats influenced by my New York and Jewish upbringing, my Italian hometown, as well as other favorite flavors.

My Grandma Edie was a phenomenal cook and baker. She in turn taught my mother and passed down many family recipes. My mom then influenced my love for sharing food and feeding others. Check out our Orders page and follow some of her best advice to “never go anywhere empty-handed.”
